(8), (9), and (10) Licensor was not able to verify the current CPR/first aid, bloodborne pathogens, or food worker's card for AA, EK, or any additional staff in staff files. (3), (5), and (6) Licensor was not able to verify in MERIT the school-age or childcare basics or the emergency preparedness training or serving children experiencing homelessness traings for AA or any additional staff in MERIT.
